Ola Air - Accelerator Issue

I am writing to report a serious issue I have been facing with my recently purchased Ola Air scooter. I am deeply concerned about the safety implications of the problems I have encountered while using the scooter.

*. Acceleration Failure: On multiple occasions, my Ola Air scooter has failed to move forward when I engage the accelerator. This has forced me to manually restart the scooter, during which the screen flickers. This issue is not only inconvenient but also poses a significant safety risk.

*. Sudden Accelerator Failure: While riding the scooter, the accelerator has abruptly stopped functioning, leaving me stranded in potentially dangerous situations amidst traffic. The accelerator sometimes resumes working unexpectedly, making the scooter highly unpredictable and unsafe.

*. Service Center Visit: I have already visited the Ola service center in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, where they attempted to address the issue by clearing the cache. However, they were unable to identify the root cause of the problem. I was informed that numerous other Ola Air customers have reported similar issues, and the matter has been escalated to the Ola technical team. Despite their best efforts, the service center did not receive the necessary tools to diagnose and resolve these problems.

*. Tool Supply Issue: It is concerning to learn that the service center did not receive the tools required to support the Ola Air model. This oversight in the internal process not only hampers the service center's ability to assist customers but also reflects poorly on Ola's commitment to providing a reliable and safe product.
