I booked an Ola rental cab in Gurgaon for * hours / ** kms.
We used the cab for traveling exactly ** kms over * hours and ** mins. However, I was shocked to see the final bill of ** kms.
We traveled from Point A to Point B, stopped at Point B for * hour and then traveled to Point C (total distance of ** kms). To my surprise later, the driver drove for ** kms at liberty during this * hour stop (possibly ferrying other passengers for extra money), and even crossed a toll point of Rs ***.
Even after reporting to Ola immediately, no response has been received from Ola for over * days!
