I took a ride on **th march ****, CRN: ********** and I was charged extra. On complaining and following long investigation I was asked to provide my bank details for the refund of rupees ***/- dated *th April ****. I gave the prompt reply on the same. Till date I haven't received refund. I've been complaining since then and I haven't heard from Ola side yet.
