Okinawa Scooters - Okinawa scooter problem not solved for scooter in warranty

I had bought the scooter Okinawa Praise Pro last year March. Since then had to send back the scooter for burnt battery socket three time and everytime I have received the scooter back after two months.
Which practically means in the entire year *mths it was lying with the service center.
Currently again same problem I have sent the scooter back in December and till date have not received same.
They are so not responding and getting back with any update.
I am clueless as even the CEO of the company seems to have blind eye to the problem being faced by me and don't know how many more such customers.
Okinawa is only behind increasing the sales no by misguiding the new customers and not interested in the problems faced after they have been fooled.
