I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company. I have been waiting for my vehicle repair work to be completed for the past three months, and despite my previous efforts to resolve this issue, I have not received any satisfactory resolution.



I have previously written to your team, and while they did get involved, the outcome was less than satisfactory. I feel like I have been ignored and that my concerns have not been taken seriously. As a customer, I expect better service from your company.



I rely on my vehicle to go about my daily life, and the extended delay in repairing it has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I have been patient and understanding throughout this process, but my patience has run out. I require urgent action to resolve this issue.



I demand that my vehicle repair work be completed immediately. If this is not possible, I expect a full refund of the vechile cost paid for. I have been more than patient in waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, and I expect that your company will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation promptly.



I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take immediate action to resolve this issue. I am looking forward to hearing back from you with a satisfactory resolution.
