Aakash byjus - offline classes were promised but the student was registered for online video lectures instead

A counselor had come to my house on December **th and she had repeatedly talked about how my daughter is being enrolled in the two year contact program for JEE. Since all the institutions were closed due to COVID, i couldnt physically visit the centre. She had said that offline classes would be beginning once the new session of class ** begins , approximately by the end of May. We were receiving no information and we started contacting the team at aakash Byju's . We realized that we had been scammed and that our money was taken by fraud.
