I had taken admission for my son's foundation course at Akash Byjus - Udupi branch. Upon there constant followup and insistence on paying the fees I paid * instalments totalling ***** between Feb and April of ****. The classes were to start from last week of April. As they did not have adequate students for the ICSE board, the commencement of classes got delayed. Finally on June *st after multiple followups I requested for full refund of fees paid. Even after raising a formal complaint and numerous visits to their branch I have not yet received the refund.
