Hathway Broadband Internet - Offer not provided

Dear Sir,
I have taken a Hath way connection **/**/**** account no : ********** * months pack and amount was ****.
The hathway employee Chandu has promised to me that, I am eligible for CC camera and have * + extra * months connection free.
But,the offer never happens to me yet. I keep on calling to your employee and keep on asking about the offer.Its like a round the clock daily. Finally the employee of hath way saying that offer was not applicable to me.I kindly request you to do the need full.
