Airtel — offer not credited as written

Dear sir,
Myself rajat mohod
I have done Recharge on *rd nov of **** of rs**** for ul calling and data ** Gb for ** days. (Checked before recharege on *** it was showing the offer)
But i GOT * gb for ** days and ul calling.
Contact customer care they said, Offer started on *th nov on my account . But i have chceked on *** before r*charging, it showed me the offer,
Later on *th nov i have done same recharge. But still not got the Offer, got same offer *gb data for ** days, this time i have the sms of offer also chcked on ***, still not credited the recharge as written ,this time they said. Offer was on *th nov i have recharged on *th nov, but i have mesg on *th nov. That offer is still active, today on *th nov i have recharged for **, it gives * Gb data and validty upto your Ul pack, but i got only * day validity. And this time they saying me recharge has not done on my number later on contacting with Senior they told me that i will Get credited the offer, but when its juts *day validity, the data will be gone and Validity to, what to do now pls slove my problem
Customer care Told me that i need to send email TO ***@AIRTEL.IN i alreday send the sms but i have not got any reply from them.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
