Have requested so many times to close my mobile number **********, every time they said it will be close in next seven days, but it service continued, I have stopped making any call, even I have stopped the payment for three months, then they said pay your three months bill and we will terminate your service. I have paid the * months bill, but again start making excuses, and not closing my number, I am fed up by paying the bills as I have stopped using this number.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
