Medlife - Nothing refunded against order cancelation

I ordered medicine on the date **/**/****(order id *R****DAB ***A ) and billing amount was rs.****. which was paid by debit card. But for delay in delivery I cancelled that order. But till now nothing refunded.
Another case is I ordered ** type medicine on the date **/**/****(order id *R****DAB ***A)
and billing amount was rs. ****. that paid by credit card. But only ** type medicine of cost rs. **** was delivered. ** no not delivered because of stock out. But balance rs. *** till now not refunded.
