Gtpl Broadband - Not working connection and not issuing refund
Nishith filed complaint against Gtpl Broadband on May 15, 2021
On **th May gtpl broad band connection installed at my home and payment of **** made to gtpl on **th May ****. After installing broadband connection it works for * hours and stopped . I complaint about ** times but no one is attending the problem and neither their office people are Intreatsed to resolve the technical issue . They are deducting my * days from my balance for non working connection and refuse to provide me the refund . This is worst company I have ever seen in broadband sagment. Kindly help me to get my full refund for this kind of worst service .
