I have booked a bus ticket on dated **.**.**** from manali to ambala. Bus schedule was at **.**pm on dated **.**.****.
But due to some reason i not reached destination then i was requested on mail for cancellation of this ticket. And now they refused for any refund to me.
If i have not travelled in this bus and requested for cancellation of this ticket then they should be refund
to me.
