I have ordered a prepaid dress from this site. Instantly I got a call to confirm the order. I have asked that person how to return. He told our executive will come and pick it up and you will get your money back in your account then suddenly when I called the number does not exist. I received very bad quality dress which I wanted to return. They communicate only through emails, which they don’t reply at all. No contact number is mentioned on site. Pathetic service. Please take your parcel and give my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
