Tata Cliq - not taking return

Hi ,

I have ordered A.O smith z* uv water purifier at tata cliq on * rd june of amount **.*k and i have initiated the return on ** th june as water is not tasty and getting salt water. I have contacted so many times for customer service and after ** days they are telling that they cannot take return as the product is good and it is only suitable for municipal water and not bore water as my water is bore water.

I asked them to make justice and tried asking help for so many times and even asked for exchange as i am ready to pay extra which is suitable for bore water.

But they are not helping in this i even asked to give contacts to management team and Even they are not helping in that and saying that they will close case from their end.

They are doing fraud . i have a proof that initially they haven't mentioned any details regarding it will not suitable for bore water and i mentioned that reason to take return and after few days they have updated the details in product description and they are telling that they now they cannot take return as it is mentioned in product .( i have proof of that previous product description that they haven't mentioned before and i have attached ). They are cheating customers whom they have trusted .

I asked help for so many members but they are telling they cannot help. From last one and half month iam seeking help from them but i didn't get any justice .

Kindly please do help me in this as i cannot keep purifier simply in home which is worth **k in home which is not useful.
