i bought a redmi note * screen digitizer and immediately after buying i realized i cant use it as no service guy is ready to use it.so after placing the order i called them with-in * hour to cancel my order and refund the amount as there is no cancellation option available online.To my surprise they told they cant cancel it and i have to take the product.i told them i am calling within * hour of order placement and the order has not yet shipped , to my surprise they told they dont have cancel/refund option.
i have the product now and they are not ready for reverse pick-up as well as refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
