Chop CJ - Not taking back the product

I ordered a sofa cover and bedsheet set,i did not like it as the quality of cloth was bad and applied to return the product.but nobody from the company came to take back the product. I called for * times on their customer care number. It has now been ** days still nobody came to take back and refund the money.
