Mi mobile - NOT SOLVING PROBLEM OF UPDATE FAILURE

my mobile get stuck on mi logo after * week (lockdown open) go to service centre jammu (QDIGI).
they tell me now your phone not will be good in their service centre ,
and send me to local shop for repairing .
and tell me don't come ther again with software failure .we are here to solve only hardware problem..i need help where i go know in lock in Jammu and kashmir ..why not service centre solve my mobile problem.why you opened your service centre if dont solve problem of own prducts.
