My POCO F* phone( IMEI -***************) starts showing yellow patches in display after * months of use. When I approached the service centre, they told me you have a minor scratch (just * mm scratch only visible when seen thoroughly) on your phone display so your phone is out of warranty and you have to pay for the display + Rs.*** service charge which you have to pay anyhow. Mentally harassing me in non-feasible language. Kindly help me out of this.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
