I have shifted my house. And I have paid gtpl broadband advance for the whole year. So while shifting on **th dec **** i have requested company to shift my connection and for that I was also ready to pay the shifting charges, but till today no person came to shift the connection. Everytime I call to costomer care they only give assurance that we ll do but its now ** days over but still my connection is not been shifted.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
