hi,
i am Arun Mani Aswin.
my registered number with wheelseye is **********.
i have * devices under their account.
out of that * is not working from April *th.
i've already made several complaints to fix the same.
sometimes they used to close complaint as resolved without even visiting the premise.
its is been morethan *.* months, still its not resolved.
now the device validity is about to be expired. when enquired they ask me to recharge for next * year of ****rs only then it will be fixed.
which is not fair. why should i recharge before the validity expires and why they are unwilling to fix the device before the expiry date.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
