I had a fastag from wheelseye . I raised a complaint from decativating my fastag they took almost *.* months to deactivate my account . I thought they will not deactivate my account so i was using fastag .on ** October they deactivated fastag without any notification .. and my money got stuck in their wallet **** .. so I raised a complaint ticket id ******. For refunding my amount ..they raised the ticket and after fews they closed the ticket by saying that I am using fastag even when it was closed three days back. So I again called them and raise my complaint .they open my ticket and close my ticket . it's been a month now they are opening my ticket and closing the ticket ..and not giving my money back
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
