National Institute Of Open Schooling - Not sending pass provisional certificates

Hi sir/madam,
I gave my senior secondary exam in **** (Enrolment No: ************), but failed in Home Science and Mass Communication that time.
I passed these two subjects after writing On Demand Exam in Oct **** (Enrollment No: ************)
I have done TOC for both the enrolment numbers and sent my original failed marksheet along with the printed admission form to Online Cell, NIOS, Room No. ***, A-**-**, Institutional Area, Sector-**, NOIDA-******, Uttar Pradesh (TRACKING NO V********)
Please send join the two certificate and send me marksheet with provisional certificate so that I can do graduation
I am unable to do anything in life without the pass certificate. I have called the helpline number and also several numbers and sent several emails and I am not getting any help.
OR PLEASE FORWARD THIS EMAIL TO THE M&M BRANCH OR ANY OTHER DEPARTMENT THAT SENDS THE CERTIFICATES.
