National Institute Of Open Schooling - Payment mad but not reflecting on the website

I made the Payment on **th August at *pm for Rs **** through BOI Payment option with the transaction ID: ************. The amount is debited from my account but the payment page remained on the loading page for a very long time and no confirmation of the receipt or a 'failed transaction'
is shown for this. Finally I was able to make the payment on the third attempt through 'UBI" payment option. But the previous transaction amount is not reflected anywhere and neither have i received any notification for refund.
