I have purchased the subscription for class XI for my daughter on **nd June this year. But I am not satisfied with the teachers and quality of education provided by Vedantu. We contacted them on the same day after making the payment, that we are not satisfied and don't want to continue, but they refused to refund the fees. Now it's been * months, i am struggling for the refund. My daughter is not attending their classes. I have dropped many mails and called them many times, but nobody is bothered to reply.
