We were not given free demo despite asking repeatedly. Was assured by mentor Ankur from Vedantu that there will be assistant teacher onscreen with the main teacher but no one is present when my daughter logged in and she only has an option to text her question. No proper resolution to query is provided by doing that. Too much technical issue where slow and intermitent speed and low sound quality, all was informed to vedantu with demo to vedantu technical team and email sent by us but no resolution offered. Vedantu is not willing to give refund. Please help, my daughter ** grade studies is being hampered.
