I have ordered wardrobe organizer storage bag from myshopprime on **th May ****. I have received the product on **rd May **** but it was sari cover and not a quality product for Rs.***/-. I have not received any delivery made status message instead only received non delivery status message. I have sent many mails regarding this issue to the mail id : care@myshopprime.com. Not yet resolved the problem & getting same reply "We can understand that you want to create a return for order ID #********* .
Kindly get in touch with the person with whom you have received the link to place the order."
Kindly help me to return the product and get my money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
