It was a too bad experience. I have a ordered shoes from this site at a cash on delivery terms. When it was received i also paid holl amount ***rs but when i checked at that time i found that shoes was not according to my order and so poor quality so i returned it back immediately that time to courier boy. He was said my payment is came back from the retailer. but my payment not returned still today. So many times i called them but they not receiving my call. so i want to get back my money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
