It's been * months since I have been continuously mailing and calling mivi customer care for issue I have faced with my mivi thunderbeats earphones purchased from Amazon.com last year in November. Everytime I mail them the only thing I get is a automated reply giving a new ticket I'd everytime and calling them also never helps as they give false assurance that they will respond to my complain till weekend but I have not got a single official reply from their side.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
