I ordered * window A/C from tatacliq. Installation guys come and they fit the once A/C.
But other A/C didn't get fit because of window size was smaller. So i ordered one split A/C from tatacliq and requested for the return for the A/C which didn't get fit.
Got a reply from tatacliq that once the window A/C get installed then we will take the return request.
Now it is been four days since the split A/C got installed but they are not replying to my mails.
I called customer care many times but they just take the request and nothing happens after that.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
