I ordered * T-shirts on ** September **** by paying prepaid through Paytm, They didn't delivered my package nor there number was in operations I emailed them still didn't got ant reply I messeges them several times on Instagram still same, thn I cancelled it their executive called me and said to re order the product and it will come in *-* days again it had been more than ** days so I cancelled it again on *th October their executive again called me and said they will refund my amount in ** days
It's been ** days there is no refund nor they are responding at all.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
