I have purchased a kuruma king size storage bed on July **, ****. A plank of that bed has broken while we are in deep sleep. The quality is very bad. I have requested for replacement of that product. The replacement has been done and the new product also got the same issue. The plank was broken again in * days. I asked for a replacement or refund as I am not satisfied with the product. One of the managers said they are not able to help me on this issue because they don't have rights to replace the product if I am not able to make a request for replacement in * days. I have ** months warranty on the product and I lost ***** INR.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
