Ease My Trip Easy Trip Planners Pvt Ltd - Not rescheduling air ticket

I had booked air ticket from Tokyo to New Delhi for May **** using EaseMyTrip travel agency. The airline book was Japal Airlines(JL**). Ticket cost me around **,*** INR. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to postpone my travel date . So I requested Travel agency to kindly reschedule my air ticket considering the unprecendented circumstances. But travel agency cited that ticket is non-refundable and can't be rescheduled either due to Airline policy. I then requested Japan Airlines to consider my request as there's still * months of time for travel date. But they are putting it on Travel agency that they have booked the ticket so we can't do anything. I have requested both the parties multiple times now. The flights are very costly for me to book again but none of the parties are willing to cooperate. Please consider my request, It is a big amout and the behaviour of both Japan Airlines and Ease My Trip has been no less than a corporate scam.
If I would have asked for the rescheduling just * week or couple of days in advance then I could have understood that their seat might go vacant. But its almost *.* month to the travel date and still no helpful response from either of them
