Hi I am Harish from Hyderabad.I bought my iPhone* mobile *years back.After some days a small crack happened on the bottom of the screen just next to Home button.But still my phone is working fine.Now recently I had updated my phone with ios** version.All of sudden "No service" issue occurred.
I went to aptronix service centre and explained about the issue.They said that it is because of the hardware issue and it happened due to iOS** update..For some of the iphone* models is getting this issue.Once the Quality check is done then the phone will be replaced with free of charge.So I had submitted my phone.
But after *days (i.e. **th Nov ****) the service centre guy said Due to the small crack, Quality check program got failed and you need to replace the phone with an amount.
Due to the updated version which apple has provided, the issue is happening.Why do i have to take responsibility?Apple should take the responsibility of replacing the phone or fixing the phone. I am very much fed up with this apple service.I need my phone to be fixed or replaced.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
