I bought iPhone ** in the month of March **** and had an manufacturing issue (phone receiver was not working). It was covered under my warranty, it has been more than ** days i am running behind them and no one is able to solve my issue neither Apple nor Aptronix. Aptronix is making all kinds of story and fooling me and trying to charge my services. When I submitted my mobile the only issue was with the receiver they did something and now my lower speakers are not working. Such a terrible experience even after paying this much money there is no quality in the product nor in the customer service support.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
