ordered a satchel from myntra, received the product, within *-** mins i placed a return request as the product was worn out and had holes in it, delivery agent came, looked at the product and agreed that it was damaged but said it cannot be processed as the people from myntra are not allowing a return, then called their customer service but all they said was its not possible to accept the return as it did not pass the quality check..... they were the one who sent a damaged product and i kept it as it is and now .. i just have to keep the damaged product with me, it aint much but its still money, it feels like a scam,....send old damaged product and reject the return request
