Indigo Airline - Not refunding when there is war breakout situation

Booked a ticket from Chennai to Sri Lanka for *rd May. Due to the bomb blast in Sri Lanka, we are not able to travel. We called the airlines they are saying they are refunding full for only those booked until Apr **. But they should at least give a full refund for people who booked for * weeks from the date of bomb blasting. We can't travel to a place just in * weeks where the bomb blast happened.
