Ferns and Petals - Not refunding the money

Ferns and Petals cancelled my birthday cake on **th of August **** saying that they don't have the particular cake available. I ordered the cake on **th of August ****. Order no : ******** . I order * cakes and out of which they cancelled one and sent the other two which did not look anything like the cakes shown in the website/ imagine. They have scammed me. And now everyday I write to them but they donot return me back my money . They are holding back Rs. *** and they are not refunding it back. I have never faced such issues with any online sites regarding refund and that too when the product was cancelled from their end. I'm seriously concerned that this company won't return my money . I'm thinking to take a legal action and sue this company because I have financial crisis right now and I'm being deprived. I'm not able to get back my money because of the carelessness of the company. They are not bothered to think about the customers from whom they earn profits and are putting me in a situation where everyday I write to them , but they close my complaints without resolving my issue, without calling me nor are there any trace that they would refund back my money.
