Madanmohan dhornala filed complaint against Jio on Feb 19, 2025
I was making recharge of *** INR with jio network unintentionally a wrong number was selected from transaction list of paytym at **-*-**** at *:**pm i immediately dropped mail to the customer support regarding the accidental issue and requested for refund as its unfair to charge me for the services not used by me i was freshly asked to recharge once again for the correct number and jio team says they will not be providing any refund for the recharge i made i have paid for services not used by me and i feel its unfair trade practice to not to correct the wrong transaction and taking advantage with double recharges. We are not billionaires as a consumer it makes impact on our life. Our hard earned money cannot be snatched away like this
