Oda Classes Pigeon Education - Not refunding my money

I have enrolled my daughter for full year course which was to start on ** march. They have promised that full money will be refunded if claimed within * days of course start. I have claimed for refund even before the start of the course due to some unavoidable circumstances. But they are not refunding my money.
