Oda Classes Pigeon Education - Denial of Refund

We had enrolled our kid for Oda Classes based on their advertisement and proactive approach by their customer support staff however on subscribing the classes, we realised that their standards were below our expectations. On approaching their staff, they stopped responding and even behaved rudely with us. Accordingly, we applied for refund for our money within * days well within the prescribed timeline in their policy which states refunds will be credited with no questions asked if applied within * days of first session.
Despite multiple correspondence with their support staff, they have failed to credit the hard earned money of ours even after eight months causing financial and mental hardship to us.
