Streetstylestore - Not refunding money

I ordered Boots from Street style store. I have tried calling them multiple times but they are not responding to any of the call. They just say that all agents are busy right now and they have raised a ticket for the same. But I never get a call back from them I have been trying my best to exchange it and get refund but t I am not able to get in touch with them. They just have fun policy of exchanging that product in the same side which is not even making sense to me. Because if I don’t like the product and why would I take it in some other size they should refund my entire amount as the product is disaster.
