Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital - Need refund from Narayana health for undelivered product and medical negligence

I am Narayana Health ID **************).

I was admitted in to Narayana health, ***/A, Hosur Rd, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Anekal, Bengaluru, Karnataka ****** on **th March night due to H/O slip and fall (bleeding, loss of incisor and first canine tooth) and is diagnosed with alveolar fracture.

Consequently Dr Harish Kumar ( from oral and maxillofacial surgery wing) along with Dr Samarth R Shetty suggested immediate placement of soft splint for other shaky tooth and took the impression for the same on **Mar stating it will be delivered on *st April atleast. On *st April, Dr Harish informed that splint will be available on *nd April noon only. On *nd April, when I went hospital initially they made me wait and then Dr Anita was exploring a faulty splint they made. After her hours long exploration, she took impression again . Immediately after that she needed one more impression without any reason. Initially itself, I requested doctors to go by digital method for dental impression as my tooth are shaky and had pain which they refused completely. Now they took multiple impressions, still want to take more impressions and didn’t deliver a single fitting splint,despite me visiting hospital amidst my tired health and paying for it. I need refund for undelivered soft splint (Rs ****) mentioned in attached bill to original mode of payment.

I need to highlight medical negligence of team as well-

*. I went hospital in about **mins of accident and had my avulsed teeth in milk. Still they didn’t even care to mention about keeping it back. Doing so would have saved my teeth with about **% success rate.

*. Two of my teeth are displaced , not out from socket. Hospital didn’t do anything in ER to put it in position back and splint immediately

*. After consulting other hospital, I now understand that taking dental impressions for splint on same day of fall is not an option. Unless the inflammation due to fall reside, the measurements are going to change on daily basis. Still they insisted same and took money from me.

*. Even with my shaky tooth, they didn’t agree to take measurements with digital method when I agreed to pay more if needed. They went with conventional mould method and my tooth and mouth (with fracture)was shaken further due to this.

*. No other treatments like splinting with basic methods like fibre were given to me here.

In short they did not treat me at all for my fracture.

Understanding incompetency of treatment here and lack of response when further checking on splint,now I am continuing my treatment elsewhere. Help me get atleast refund for undelivered soft splint (Rs ****) mentioned in attached bill to original mode of payment. The hospital customer contacts are not helping me here.
