Rahel Khurshid filed complaint against Videocon D*h Services on Oct 3, 2019
I paid Rs. **** /- online on **th September **** for a new DTH connection using the Videocon website.
The next day I received a call from Videocon team stating that they cannot provide the connection due to local cable operator issues in my area.
I asked them for a refund and they have not refunded the money till now. I have already spoken to the supervisor and management but they keep disconnecting my calls. They have also blocked my number so that I cannot call their customer service number.
Need assistance in not only getting the money back but also need to reprimand them for the harrassment that I have gone through so far.
