From this Vastrova people, I bought a dress of cost Rs.**** paid on cod. After delivery, I got to know the quality is worst. After many emails and discussion, they agreed for return and refund money back to my personal bank account and asked for bank details also. After they agreed for refunding in the bank account only I have sent the parcel of my self ( ***/- charges) back to them. After receiving the parcel, they cut the ***/- for nominal charges and refunded the remaining **** in their Vastrova wallet. Such cheaters they are they only asked for details and cheated like this. Never seen such a worst people in my life. Irritating me for * month. Please help me out of this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
