Happyeasego - Not refunding amount even flight was cancelled by Airlines

I have booked ticket with HEG from BLR to LKO but it got cancelled due to Lockdown , later I rebooked ticket with using cancelled ticket PNR and paid difference amount directly to Airline, but that flight also got cancelled and Airline refunded the difference amount I paid them and they issue the letter confirming flight cancelled and asked me to get remaining refund from agent where you booked. Since Last * month I am following with HEG for refund but mostly they not responding and if incase any response from them it seems auto response saying our team is validating with Airline and wait for *-* working days and its keep happening from last * months.
