Takshila Institute - Not Refunded Money

Respected Sir/Ma'am,
This is to inform you that I took admission in Takshila Institute, Rajpur Road, Dehradun on *th of May ****, in the dropper batch for IIT-JEE preparation, as a full year program, but after a month on *th of June **** they decided to close the Institute suddenly and told all the students to transfer to Lakshya Institute, I had already paid **** Rs. out of total fees of ***** Rs. I was not satisfied with Lakshya Institute so I called Takshila for refund of my fees so that I can take somewhere else, but they said, that whatever I do they will not refund my fees at any cost I talked to Mr. Abhishek, he also said that I haven't purchased the branch by paying such a mere amount, then I contacted a person of the Head office branch of the Institute, he said the money will be refunded but yet after more than a month no reply came.
