Takshila Institute - Institute closed with no classes from last two months no refund of advance payment

Takshila took advance payment for preparation of my brother to appear in NEET **** till may**, but they stopped giving classes from last two months and closed the institute without letting us know. When we called the institute the person said that it is shifted to another location. My brother is unable to take the class on the new location as it will take * hours for travelling. We asked them to provide online classes if possible but they denied and said not possible. Now we request Takshila to return back the advance amount they took at the time of admission. I called many times but getting no response from the team.
