Dear sir,
payumoney not refunded full money .it charged *** per ***** to refund same money . there is not any service provided by payumoney because he refund my same money so any charged may not applied. and dear sir kyc guildeline as per RBI /Company act rule not follow by this company.-
*-this company provide merchant payment service and starting acept payment from costomers without any document verification.
*-after recieve payment from customer it hold payment for settlement in merchant account for a long period with remarks "document verificartion/website verification" why? so its liable for interest lost of costomer.
*-After payment if customer not provide sufficient document for settlment every company need to refund full amount into same source but this charged high amount to refund. So i request to take action against this company .this company doing froud with his customers.
