Hi,
I'm an existing merchant on your platform. I've been using the PayU India payment gateway on my e-commerce website for the past *.* years or so, I had put up a request to change the bank account number. Since then, there has been no update of the bank account details, I have no option to verify the account by entering the small deposit amount which was credited to verify the account. I've been trying to do that for more than * days now. Also, no money is being remitted to my old account as well for the last * days or so.
There was a transaction initiated on November * & it was meant to be get settled by November *, but today is November * and still, the amount is yet not been settled neither have I got any response from the team regarding the same issue, I have initiated multiple tickets regarding this issue, and I am getting no response from the concerned team. I have also mentioned my Merchant ID and Transaction ID below for your reference.
I've been dropping emails repeatedly, even trying to call on the number provided, raising tickets, and posting on every social media, and still, there hasn't been any revert whatsoever. Kindly see to it on a priority basis.
